Crabmeat Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 lb. crabmeat
    2 celery ribs, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    parsley
Preparation
    Cook rice; rinse and set aside.
    Saute onion and celery in small amount of oil.
    Add tomatoes; heat.
    Add crabmeat; heat. Sprinkle parsley over top.
    Serve hot over rice.
