Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In a small bowl combine flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper; set aside.
    In medium saucepan combine water and margarine.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low and gradually stir in flour mixture, stirring constantly.
    Cook until mixture begins to pull away from sides of pan.
    Remove; cool 5 minutes.
    Use high speed of an electric mixer and add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
    Drop heaping tablespoonful of batter onto a baking sheet (sprayed with cooking spray), mounding slightly in center.
    Bake 18 to 20 minutes (golden brown).
    Cool.
