Pecan-Stuffed Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-cooked eggs
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. minced parsley
    fresh parsley sprigs (optional)
Preparation
    Slice eggs in half lengthwise, and carefully remove yolks. Mash yolks with a fork; add next 7 ingredients, mixing well. Spoon pecan mixture into egg whites.
    Garnish with parsley sprigs, if desired.
    Yields 6 servings.
