Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. fresh diced apples
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 well beaten eggs
1/2 c. Wesson oil
Preparation

Combine apples and cinnamon.
In another bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
Add apples.
Stir until well mixed and smooth.
Bake in well-greased 9 x 12-inch pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
