Spumoni(Italian Ice Cream) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
    2 c. whipped topping
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. fresh, sliced strawberries
    1/2 c. each: chopped candied cherries, chopped candied pineapple and chopped pistachio nuts
Preparation
    Combine the ice cream, topping and sugar.
    Stir in other ingredients.
    Pour the mixture into one or more freezer safe pans. Freeze.
