Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch broccoli, cut up
3 stalks celery, cut up
1 1/2 onion, diced
3 chicken bouillon cubes
salt and pepper to taste
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 pt. half and half
Preparation

In a stock pan, add just enough water to cover broccoli, celery and onion; add bouillon cubes, salt and pepper.
Cook until tender.
Then add Cheez Whiz and half and half.
Simmer for a little while and serve.
(You can also add a potato, cut up or thicken with a little cornstarch to make it thicker, if desired.)
