Cream Cheese Party Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
    1/4 tsp. flavoring (2 drops)
    2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    food coloring as desired
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese until soft.
    Add flavorings and colorings. Gradually add confectioners sugar, kneading until putty stage. Use rubber molds and pack.
    If it sticks, dip mold in cake sugar. Can be frozen and used later.
