Lasagna (Beef) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small box lasagna noodles
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese
1 egg
2 to 3 lb. ground beef
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Boil noodles until tender (10 minutes).
Fry ground beef in saucepan; pour 1/2 cup sauce in flat baking dish and layer noodles, ground beef, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese. Continue until last layer is topped with noodles and sauce.
Bake lasagna for 40 minutes at 325\u00b0.
