Italian Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Flak-O pie crust mix
1/4 c. sugar
3 lb. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon rind
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Preparation

Make crust by following directions, adding the 1/4 cup sugar. In a large bowl, put cheese, sugar, eggs, salt and lemon rind.
Mix well.
Add to crust-lined pie pan.
Sprinkle with chips. Lattice-strip top of pie.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for one hour.
