Mock Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 green onions, each cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 (15 oz.) can very young small early peas, drained
    1/4 c. nonfat sour cream alternative
    2 Tbsp. salsa
    1 tsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Position knife blade in food processor bowl.
    Add green onions and peas; process until well blended.
    Add sour cream, salsa and oil; process until well blended.
    Spoon mixture into a bowl; cover and chill.
    Yields 1 1/2 cups (serving size:
    2 tablespoons).
