Slimmers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. bran flakes
2 Tbsp. chopped peanuts
1 egg
1 Tbsp. liquid artificial sweetener/Equal
1/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. seedless raisins
Preparation

Sift flour, add salt, baking powder and cinnamon.
Add flakes, peanuts and raisins.
Beat egg.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir into flour mixture.
Drop by teaspoon onto sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Yields 30 cookies.
