Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. pumpkin
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
2/3 c. water
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Combine sugar, oil and eggs.
Add pumpkin; sift together dry ingredients.
Add to pumpkin mixture.
Add water and mix well. Pour into two 8 x 4 x 3-inch well-greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
