Squash Bake(For Dutch Oven) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. margarine
2 lb. yellow squash
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 lb. cheese, grated
Preparation

Melt margarine and place in oiled baking dish or directly in Dutch oven.
Place sliced squash and salt in margarine.
Place cheese and then cracker crumbs on top.
Bake for about 10 minutes, until tender to fork.
Do not overcook.
Serves 8.
