Pan Bagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large, round flat loaf, sourdough Italian
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1/2 c. olive oil
    3 fresh tomatoes, sliced
    2 Tbsp. capers, drained
    1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
    12 pitted black olives
    1/4 lb. hard salami
    1/4 lb. Mozzarella, sliced
    1 small red onion, sliced
    lettuce
    1 small jar artichoke hearts, drained
    salt, pepper and dried oregano
Preparation
    Slice bread in half horizontally.
    Rub each half with garlic and dribble with oil.
    Add ingredients in layers evenly over bottom half.
    Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
