Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, split
    4 slices boiled ham
    Swiss cheese
    flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1/2 envelope garlic and cheese dressing mix
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Remove bones and pound thin as you can.
    Place ham and stick of Swiss cheese on breast.
    Roll, tucking in sides to avoid oozing.
    Secure with toothpick; dust with flour and dip into beaten eggs.
    Cover meat with mixture of bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley and dressing mix.
    Chill one hour.
    One hour before serving, fry rolls in hot oil until lightly browned.
    Drain the meat.
    Remove toothpick.
    Place on baking sheet and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    When meat is cooked, place on warm platter. Heat soup and sour cream (do not boil) and serve over chicken rolls.
