Wacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. cold water
1/4 c. cocoa
1/3 c. salad oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. vinegar

Preparation

Mix ingredients with electric mixer.
Grease a 9-inch square pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
