Apple Pie Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 c. chopped nuts
5 c. unpeeled diced apples
4 Tbsp. hot water

Preparation

Mix first 8 ingredients in order.
Add mixed flour and soda, making sure flour is mixed in well, then add nuts, apples and water.
Mix until well folded and pour into 9 x 13-inch greased cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
