Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. curing salt
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. coarse black pepper
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all together and form into rolls.
    Wrap in heavy foil or double thickness regular foil.
    Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Unwrap and bake on broiler pan at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Refrigerate for several weeks or can be frozen.
    Cool before slicing.
