Low Calorie Meatless Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. dry lasagna noodles
    2 c. low-fat (1%) cottage cheese
    1 c. low-fat Mozzarella cheese or 1/2 c. low-fat Cheddar plus 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. meatless spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook noodles until half done.
    Layer noodles, cottage cheese, cheese, mushrooms and sauce.
    Reserve a little cheese to sprinkle on top.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is browned.
    Serves 4.
