Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. saltine crackers
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Thaw broccoli in a colander; squeeze off excess water.
    Mix together with eggs, soup and seasonings.
    Place into 2-quart casserole dish; cover with Cheddar cheese.
