Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    6 c. cubed zucchini
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 pkg. chicken Stove Top stuffing
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Steam zucchini and onions for 5 to 7 minutes in microwave on High (drain).
    Mix sour cream, soup and cheese together.
    Add zucchini and onion.
    Combine stuffing and melted oleo.
    Put 1/2 stuffing in bottom of casserole; put zucchini mixture over stuffing and spread rest of stuffing over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
