Amber'S Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can crushed pineapple
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
10 maraschino cherries
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 box orange jello
1 can mandarin oranges
1 carton frozen whipped cream
Preparation

Heat pineapple in saucepan and add jello; stir until dissolved.
Pour over softened cream cheese and mix well.
Place in refrigerator until mixture begins to thicken.
Mix in whipped cream, chopped cherries, nuts and oranges.
Return to refrigerator to congeal.
