Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/4 c. self-rising cornmeal
3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/2 c. flour

Preparation

Combine cornmeal, onion and flour. Add egg. Gradually beat in milk. Drop by spoonful into hot oil until golden brown.
