Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. pumpkin puree
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. water
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Sift flour, salt, sugar and baking soda together.
Mix pumpkin, oil, water, eggs and spices together and combine with dry ingredients.
Do not overmix.
Add nuts, if desired.
Bake in two well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until bread tests done.
Turn out and let cool on wire racks.
Makes 2 loaves.
