Irish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. white flour
    1/2 lb. margarine
    1 lb. cooking apples
    2 eggs, beaten
    6 oz. sugar
Preparation
    Rub flour and margarine together.
    Add sugar; mix well. Gradually add beaten eggs and apples.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
