Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef roast
    1/2 c. white cooking wine
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/4 c. stick butter
    1 envelope dry onion mix
    mushrooms
Preparation
    Flour roast. Brown in butter and pepper. Combine soup, onion mix and wine. Pour over browned roast. Bake 2 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0. Saut mushrooms and add to roast last 30 minutes.
