Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 (8-inch) graham cracker crusts
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 small box peach Jell-O
6 to 8 ripe peaches, sliced
1 carton Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar. Spread over bottom of 2 pie crusts. Spread sliced peaches over cream cheese mixture; set aside. Mix 1 cup sugar, cornstarch and water together. Bring to a boil and add Jell-O, mixing well. Cool slightly, then spread over peaches. Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate.
