Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 envelope taco seasoning mix
    3 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 small bunch green onions
    1 can black olives (ripe), pitted and sliced
    2 cans jalapeno bean dip
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix together in a small bowl the first 4 ingredients.
    Mix in another small bowl the sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix.
    Layer on a large platter the bean dip on the bottom, the avocado mixture next, then the sour cream mixture and top with the onions, tomatoes, olives and the cheese.
    Serve with Tostitos.
