Veggie Stuffed Flounder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. flounder fillets
    1 stick butter
    1 lb. combined julienned carrots, peppers, onions, celery, mushrooms, string beans or whatever you have available
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Saute all julienned vegetables in butter until tender, not overcooked.
    Allow to cool to room temperature.
