Rhubarb Brunch Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix, including oil, water and eggs (specified on pkg.)
4 c. sliced fresh or frozen rhubarb (unthawed)
1 c. sugar
1 pt. (2 c.) whipping cream
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch cake pan. In large bowl, mix and prepare cake mix according to package directions (don't forget the high altitude adjustments).
Pour into greased and floured pan.
Top with rhubarb.
Sprinkle with sugar. Pour cream over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
Serve warm. Store in refrigerator.
