Cheese Taters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. potatoes, sliced
water to cover
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook potato slices covered with water until tender.
In a shallow casserole dish, place a layer of potatoes and a layer of cheese with salt and pepper.
When all the potatoes and cheese are layered, pour enough of the water over them to almost cover them. Place in a 350\u00b0 oven until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
