Lemon-Apricot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    yellow cake mix
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. apricot nectar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add cake mix, oil, nectar and extract.
    Pour in stem cake pan; bake 55 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Cool 10 minutes; turn out and stick cake with ice pick a number of times to allow icing to penetrate cake.
