Clam Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. water
4 to 5 large cloves fresh garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. dried parsley
salt and pepper to taste
spaghetti (enough for 2 people)
Parmesan cheese
dried red pepper (optional)
Preparation

Mince or chop garlic cloves. Saute in olive oil.
Add dried parsley at last minute of sauteing.
Add water, clams, salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer for 5 or 6 minutes.
Pour over cooked spaghetti.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and red pepper.
Serves 2 people generously.
Doesn't look real appetizing but it's delicious.
Serve with garlic bread and a salad.
