Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 c. shredded Cheddar
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and shred.
    In saucepan over low heat combine cheese and 1/4 cup butter.
    Stir occasionally until almost melted. Remove from heat and blend in sour cream, onions, salt and pepper.
    Add to potatoes in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
