Fried Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Granny Smith apples
1/2 lb. sliced bacon
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Chop bacon into small pieces and fry until crisp.
Wash and slice apples thin.
Add to bacon.
Add sugar and cinnamon.
Cook over low heat until done.
Stir often.
The apples will be very soft when done.
