Easy Pumpkin Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix (for 2 layer cake)
    1 (4 serving) pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix
    4 eggs
    1/4 cup cream sherry wine
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1 cup pumpkin
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl; blend well with electric mixer at medium speed.
    Beat for 4 minutes.
    Pour into greased bundt pan.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven 55 minutes or until cake test done.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes, then invert onto serving plate.
    Sprinkle with powder sugar before serving.
    Makes 12 servings.
