Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    dash of salt
    1 to 1 1/2 c. shelled raw peanuts
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Grease baking sheet heavily with margarine.
    Combine sugar, corn syrup and salt in 3-quart dish.
    Stir in peanuts. Microwave on high until light brown, about 8 to 10 minutes; stir 2 times. Stir in remaining ingredients until light and foamy.
    Quickly spread on greased baking sheet.
    Spread thin.
