Pork Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. pork roast
    red cayenne pepper
    onion
    1 (12 oz.) can of beer or 2 c. water
    vinegar
    jalapeno pepper, if you want hot
Preparation
    Remove excess fat from roast.
    Fit roast into crock pot. Cover meat with beer or water, vinegar and onion to taste.
    Add peppers.
    Cook on low 10 to 12 hours, until meat is falling off the bone.
    Drain liquid.
    Separate meat from fat.
    Return lean meat to crock pot.
    Add sauce to meat and cook another 2 to 4 hours.
