Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. green chopped peppers
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. hot green peppers or less
    1 1/2 c. white vinegar
    2 pkg. Certo
    green or red food coloring
Preparation
    Mix peppers, sugar and vinegar.
    Boil 10 minutes.
    Add color and Certo.
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Pour in small hot jars and seal.
