Sweet Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk, scalded
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. lard
2 Tbsp. yeast
1 c. lukewarm water
2 eggs, beaten
6 c. flour
Preparation

Pour scalded milk over sugar, salt and lard.
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
Add to first mixture.
Beat eggs and mix.
Add flour (more may be added).
Should be a little sticky yet.
Let rise once, then roll out and spread with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Roll up and cut.
Let rise again.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
Frost with your favorite frosting.
