Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (mild or hot)
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    5 ribs celery, chopped
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 box (2 pkg.) dry chicken noodle soup mix
    1 medium can mushrooms (optional)
    1/2 stick margarine
    almonds
    5 c. hot water
Preparation
    Crumble sausage in skillet.
    Cook well done.
    Set aside. Saute onion, green pepper and celery in 1/2 stick margarine.
    Add 5 cups hot water.
    When this is boiling, pour in dry soup mix. Add rice and cook until done and water is absorbed.
