John'S Festive Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can green beans
carrots, sliced
2 cans tomato soup
5 c. mashed potatoes
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (1 can)

Preparation

Crumble and brown ground beef and onion; drain.
Spread on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Drain green beans and layer on top. Drain carrots and layer next.
By spoonfuls, drop on 1 can tomato soup.
Spread mashed potatoes on top.
Drop by spoonfuls, second can of soup on top of potatoes.
Spread cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Serves 10.
