Baked Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon flour
    1 to 2 tablespoons sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup milk
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 cups corn (fresh, frozen or canned)
    1 tablespoon butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Mix dry ingredients together; stir in milk, eggs, and corn. Pour mixture into a well buttered 9x5x3 loaf/casserole dish and dot with butter. Place in oven and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Yield: 4 servings.
