Chicken Casserole With Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 lb. boned chicken breast
1 clove garlic or garlic salt
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. cooking wine
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. curry rice
Preparation

Brown chicken in margarine; turn once.
Place in casserole dish.
Mix chicken soup, sour cream, shredded Mozzarella cheese, cooking wine and Parmesan cheese.
Pour over chicken.
Cover and bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 until chicken is tender.
Cook rice according to package directions.
Serve chicken and sauce over rice.
