Ingredients

1 lb. broad egg noodles
2 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 lb. cottage cheese
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
cinnamon
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 lb. cream cheese
4 Tbsp. melted butter
6 eggs
2 large apples, peeled, pared and sliced thinly
Preparation

Cook noodles according to package directions.
Drain and rinse with cold water.
Beat eggs.
Add salt, sugar, cottage cheese, cream cheese, melted butter, sour cream, milk and vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
Stir in noodles and mix thoroughly.
Stir in raisins.
