Pineapple Cream Salad Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime flavored gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 pt. dairy sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and let gel slightly.
    Fold in sour cream, salt, pineapple and nuts.
    Pour into mold and let set for at least 3 hours.
