Phyllis' Pfantasy Pfudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. margarine
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    12 oz. chocolate chips
    7 oz. jar Marshmallow Creme
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, margarine and milk in heavy 2 1/2-quart saucepan; bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring to prevent scorching.
    Remove from heat and add chocolate bits; stir until melted in.
    Add marshmallows, nuts and vanilla; beat until blended.
    Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Cool at room temperature.
    Cut into squares.
    Makes 3 pounds.
