Lemon Pepper Winglets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken wings
    1/4 c. olive or salad oil
    4 medium cloves garlic, mashed
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    4 tsp. black pepper
    4 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
Preparation
    Cut wing-tip joints from chicken wings.
    (Use for making broth, if desired.)
    Cut the remaining V-shaped wings at the joints to make \"winglets\"; set aside.
