No Crust Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 tsp. parsley, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
    Butter a 10 or 11-inch pie plate generously and pour mixture into pie plate. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, until golden on top.
