Oat Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
1 c. skim milk
1 1/3 c. oat bran
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. applesauce
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Add egg whites to mixing bowl and beat well.
Pour in milk and mix.
Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
Add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients.
Stir until moist.
Fill 12 greased or paper-lined muffin cups.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Serve warm.
Makes 12 muffins, 80 calories per serving.
